The family’s journey
A family lands on an event page, adds their players (saved for next time), accepts your waiver, and reserves with whatever payment method you accept: cash at the session, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or check. KeepsYa shows YOUR payment instructions with a tappable link and QR, tracks who has paid, sends payment-due follow-ups and pre-event reminders, and checks players in by QR on the day. Their next booking is two clicks, and the share box on every event page turns happy parents into your referral engine.
Your side of the counter
You create an event, flip on registration, and watch the roster build. The dashboard shows who owes what; one click marks a payment received. Waitlists fill cancellations automatically, the no-show queue (Pro) closes the loop after the event, and the Bookings & Revenue report tells you how the season is really going.

How do families register with KeepsYa?
Families browse a filterable events page, pick an event, sign up one or more children in a couple of taps, and pay by card or an offline method you accept.
How do I set up an event for registration?
Add your event, open the Registration & Payment box, and set price, capacity, waitlist, deposits, packages, per-day capacity and any custom questions. Recurring sessions can repeat daily, weekly or monthly.
How does day-of check-in work?
Open the roster and check players in by QR code or tap, with no-show tracking and per-day attendance for multi-day camps; printable QR sheets are included.
Can families pay without a credit card?
Yes. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and check are built in, with mark-paid on the roster. Card payments come via the KeepsYa Payments add-on.
How much does it cost to start?
Nothing, the full engine is free and includes updates and community support. KeepsYa Pro (punch cards, packages, credit, affiliate, No-show Follow-up) is $24/month or $149/year founders pricing (regular $29/$199), or $399 lifetime for the first 100 buyers.
