How KeepsYa™ Pro works
Pro is a money flywheel: sell revenue before the season starts, let checkout spend it automatically, and pay only for growth that actually happened.
The stored-value flywheel
Sell a 10-session punch card or a prepaid camp bundle and the revenue lands before the first whistle. From then on, checkout simply works: KeepsYa draws each booking from the family’s card or package with no codes and no friction. Families love never fumbling for payment; you love the upfront cash and the loyalty it buys.
The affiliate engine
Give partner coaches and local gyms a tracking link. When a brand-new family books through it, a commission is recorded, but it only becomes payable after the family paid AND the sessions actually happened. Cancellations void it automatically; refunds claw it back. You see exactly what you owe; affiliates get their own dashboard. Growth you pay for only when it is real.
And after the event
The No-show Follow-up queue lists every absence so you can issue goodwill credit or mark it handled, one decision at a time, with every move recorded.

Private clubs, groups and delegated partners
Not every session is for the whole world. KeepsYa runs private, invite-only and hidden events with the same booking, payment and check-in as your public ones. A hidden event stays off your calendar, your listings, search and even the AI feed, and a single share link (rotatable in one click) lets invited families register with no account. The private-event basics, hidden events, the share link, and allowing specific families or member types, are free. What Pro adds is the part that turns this into a partner channel:
Member groups
Create a named group, a partner club, a select squad, a school, and grant it private events. Members see and book those sessions when they log in; nobody else does.
Delegated management
Make a club rep a delegate and give them their own front-end portal to invite families (one at a time or a whole roster at once) and manage their group. Invitations are self-serve and create the family’s account when they accept. Each delegate is scoped to only their group, while you keep full control from your own dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
What does KeepsYa Pro add?
Punch cards and prepaid packages (sell revenue in advance), account credit administration with family-to-family transfers, a real-money affiliate program, No-show Follow-up and priority support. Memberships and multi-coach tools are coming.
How much is KeepsYa Pro?
Founders launch pricing (first 500 customers) is $24/month or $149/year, versus regular pricing of $29/month and $199/year. A lifetime license is $399, limited to the first 100 buyers. The free plugin remains free.
What happens if my Pro license expires?
Everything keeps working. Credit, punch cards and packages a family already holds always redeem. The license gates updates and priority support, never function.
How does the affiliate program work?
Outside partners share a tracking link; new families they refer accrue real-money commissions (percent of gross or net, or fixed, fairness-capped at money actually received), payable after the service is delivered, with void/clawback on cancellations, an owner payout ledger and an affiliate dashboard. An affiliate link can also reward the buyer with a checkout discount.
What are punch cards and prepaid packages?
Ways to sell a season up front: a punch card is a set of redeemable visits; a package is a prepaid bundle of specific events for one player. One sale can cover the whole season.
