Do I have to take credit cards?
No. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and check work right out of the box. Real-time cards need the KeepsYa Payments add-on, which you can add later.
Are there per-registration fees?
Never. KeepsYa does not charge per sign-up. You only ever pay your own payment processor.
Do families need an account to sign up?
No. Guest sign-up always works. Accounts are optional and just make the next sign-up faster.
Who owns the data?
You do. It lives in your own WordPress database, you can export it anytime, and KeepsYa can’t break your site.
Does it work with The Events Calendar?
Yes. KeepsYa runs alongside it and adds sign-ups, payments, rosters and QR check-in without changing your calendar.
Can I offer a sibling or multi-child discount?
Yes. Set an automatic multi-attendee discount and a percent comes off each additional child at checkout, shown in the live price, with no coupon to hand out. You can also set an early-bird price that switches to the regular price on a date you choose.
Can someone sign up at the last minute, or after a camp starts?
Yes. Share your walk-up link and a family who shows up can scan a QR and register on their own phone, even if the event is full or already started. For multi-day camps, they can join partway through and pay a day pass for just the days that are left.
Can I limit how many people join?
Yes. Set an overall capacity and turn on a waitlist so extra families can wait for an opening.
