KeepsYa (Free)

Run your whole program. Free, on your own WordPress site.

KeepsYa is a complete booking and registration system for youth sports and activity businesses: soccer clubs, dance studios, swim schools, martial arts, camps, tutors, and 60+ more (the setup wizard speaks your vocabulary). Take sign-ups and get paid with the methods families already use, with zero platform fees and no per-registration tax.

• Bookings done right: single events, tiered camps, multi-session schedules, capacity, waitlists with auto-promotion, deposits, waivers, custom fields, guest checkout and family accounts.
• Offline money, organized: cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, check, with pay links, QR codes, payment tracking, reminders, and automatic payment-due follow-ups.
• Day-of tools: rosters, search and CSV export, QR check-in, per-day attendance, revenue reporting.
• Growth built in: coupons, and a family referral program that pays rewards in store credit and puts a share box on every event page.
• Your data, your site: every record lives in your WordPress database. No SaaS lock-in.

Need punch cards, prepaid packages, affiliate commissions, or credit administration? That is KeepsYa Pro, $149/yr founders pricing.
