⛸️ KeepsYa for Speed Skating
You help your Skaters win. KeepsYa helps you win.
Registration, payments, trainings, rosters and check-in, built around how Speed Skating actually runs.
Practices, time trials and meets that need every skater registered and ready. KeepsYa keeps the sign-ups, the payments and the rosters in one place so you can focus on the clock.
Run your whole Speed Skating program, free
The free plan is the real thing, not a trial. Everything you need to take skater sign-ups and run the day:
- Take Trainings and Practices & Camps sign-ups with waitlists, deposits and waivers, nothing left on a paper clipboard.
- Family accounts and guest checkout, so parents register their skaters in a couple of taps.
- Live rosters, QR check-in and attendance for every training.
- Track payments with automatic reminders, add coupons, and reward word-of-mouth with family referrals.
- Grow revenue with early-bird pricing and an automatic multi-attendee discount, sell day passes for multi-day trainings, and let walk-ups sign themselves up from a QR code.
Turn Speed Skating bookings into a business with Pro
When you are ready to grow, Pro adds everything that turns bookings into revenue:
- Sell trainings up front with punch cards and packages, your cash in advance.
- Memberships with auto-renew for your regular skaters.
- Turn happy parents into a paid channel with affiliate commissions.
- Multi-coach payout splits, no-show follow-up, and priority support.
Money is easy to keep track of
Every payment, method, and balance in one place, cash, Venmo, Zelle and cards alike, with revenue reporting and CSV export. Accept payment right at booking, see at a glance who has and has not paid, and manage credits and refunds without a spreadsheet. Add KeepsYa Payments for instant card checkout (about a 1% platform fee on top of your processor’s rate) whenever you want the money to land the moment a skater signs up.
Built for you and for your Parents
Clean rosters for every training, a clear view of who has paid, and one-tap QR check-in. Less time on spreadsheets, more on speed skating.
One simple link to sign up skaters, pay, and get reminders. No accounts to wrestle with, no missed trainings.

Speed Skating FAQ
Does KeepsYa work for Speed Skating?
Yes. KeepsYa is built for Speed Skating: Trainings, Practices & Camps, rosters, skater sign-ups, waivers and payments all use Speed Skating language out of the box.
Is KeepsYa really free for Speed Skating registration?
Yes. The free plan runs your whole speed skating program: sign-ups, waitlists, deposits, rosters, QR check-in and payment tracking, with no per-registration fees, ever. KeepsYa Pro adds prepaid passes, referrals and affiliates when you are ready to grow.
How do parents register more than one skater for speed skating?
Each family saves its skaters once, then registers multiple in a single checkout, with no re-typing details every season. Guest checkout works too, so no account is required.
Can I collect a deposit now and the balance later?
Yes. Set a deposit per training and KeepsYa tracks the remaining balance, sends automatic payment reminders, and shows you exactly who still owes.
What payment methods can speed skating families use?
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal and check are built in and tracked at no extra cost. Add real-time card checkout whenever you want the money to land the moment someone signs up.
How do I take attendance and check skaters in?
Open the training roster and scan each skater’s QR code, or let an assistant check skaters in with a personal PIN. Multi-day trainings support per-day check-in.
Can I run a waitlist when a training fills up?
Yes. Set a capacity, turn on the waitlist, and extra families wait for an opening, then get promoted automatically when a spot frees up.
Does KeepsYa work alongside The Events Calendar?
Yes. KeepsYa adds registration, payments, rosters and check-in to an existing The Events Calendar setup without changing your calendar. KeepsYa is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Events Calendar.
Can a family reschedule, cancel, or get a refund?
Yes. Families can reschedule or request a cancellation themselves, and you decide credit, forfeit, or refund. KeepsYa keeps the money and the roster in sync automatically.
Who owns the speed skating registration data?
You do. Everything lives in your own WordPress database, you can export rosters and payments to CSV anytime, and KeepsYa cannot lock you in or break your site.
How much does Speed Skating registration software cost?
KeepsYa is free forever for the full program. KeepsYa Pro is founders-priced at $149/year (or $24/month) with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and a $399 lifetime plan is limited to the first 100 buyers. You only ever pay your own payment processor.
