Open any event and click Draft with AI; it writes the description and a “what to bring” list from the details you already entered. Use bulk mode to fill in every event that is missing a description at once, send announcements written for email, social or text, and translate any message for every family, all in your club’s voice.
2. Make a flyer in a minute
The flyer maker paints an on-brand background, then lays your real event details, your logo and a scannable QR code that opens the sign-up page right on top, so the words are always correct. Steer the look with a few words, then post it, text it, print it, or set it as the event image in one tap.
3. Answer parents day and night
Turn on the chat bubble and it answers families from your own pages, events and FAQ, with links straight to the right sign-up page and day-and-time awareness. Is this the same as the free AI prompt pack?

Does the AI send my families’ data anywhere?
No. Insights use only your own sign-up counts and revenue, never family data. The chatbot answers from your own pages and events, and private or hidden events never leak into it.
Can the chatbot register people?
It answers questions and links straight to the right sign-up page; the booking itself happens in KeepsYa the normal way. It also emails you when a question needs a human.
